Cleveland is on the move. And we are running straight toward our next milestone. As DigitalC approaches 10,000 total households connected to our citywide network, we are marking the moment with something that reflects the journey — and the city behind it... the Digital Dash 10k Run & 5k Walk, Presented by Tarana Wireless, Powered by DigitalC!
The next milestone is in motion. Cleveland is running toward 10,000 connections.
The Digital Dash celebrates a defining milestone for DigitalC: 10,000 households connected across Cleveland.

But this is not a victory lap. It is a public statement that Cleveland is moving from worst to first in connectivity through The Cleveland Model — and that our mission to bridge the digital divide, for good, is far from finished.

Join us June 20 at the MidTown Tech Hive as we run, walk, and move Cleveland closer to a fully digitally empowered future.

Sometimes connection looks like hot dogs, conversations and community.
DigitalC partnered with Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority at Lakeview Terrace to bring residents together for hot dogs and high-speed home internet access.

We meet residents where they are — and make it easier to access the superior home internet experience they deserve. Because we connect people. Sometimes to broadband. Sometimes to each other.
Where investment meets impact; this work is powered by partnership.
DigitalC was honored to welcome members of the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation Board of Directors to MidTown Tech Hive for a recent site visit.

We thank the board for taking the time to see our work up close, engage with our team, and experience the power of digital skills training in action.

We are deeply grateful for the Foundation’s support of DigitalC. Their investment and belief in this work make it possible. Together with our public, private and philanthropic partners, we are connecting residents not only to high-speed home internet, but also to the skills, confidence and opportunities needed to thrive in the digital age.
Vice Chair Deborah Gray on DigitalC’s impact
On April 30, DigitalC presented before Cleveland City Council’s Utilities Committee to share our 2025 performance and progress.

During the hearing, Vice Chair Deborah Gray shared: “A lot of the residents are pleased and happy with the service. I had no negative feedback at all. Everybody was pleased. Your team was excellent in training and assisting residents — they knew who to call and where to go.”

Skills turn access into opportunity.
Across Cleveland, DigitalC’s Click program is showing up citywide. Digital skills turn connectivity into real outcomes, unlocking access to work, education, healthcare, and opportunity.  Digital skills are the force multiplier that turns connection into opportunity.
At Lincoln West High School, students are navigating career exploration tools and building pathways to what comes next.
At Abington Arms, seniors are gaining confidence with Windows 11, learning how to manage devices, access services, and stay connected
At the Cleveland Public Library Fulton Branch, residents are exploring AI tools like Suno, creating music and discovering new ways to engage with technology.
At community resource fairs across the city, DigitalC teams are meeting residents face to face, providing hands-on support and opening doors to digital access.
Honored alongside partners in Detroit
Recently, Merit Network shared that DigitalC was recognized alongside partners at the Detroit Housing Commission’s first annual “I Can and I Will” Empowerment & Partnership Appreciation Gala.

We are honored to be included among the partners supporting this work. Through Canopy, powered by Connect313, DigitalC continues to bring high-speed home internet and digital education to families within the Detroit Housing Commission communities.

Big conversations at the Small Business Expo
DigitalC team members Sean Freeman and Roman Waked attended the 4th annual Small Business Expo, connecting with small businesses, entrepreneurs and Cleveland residents interested in Canopy Xtend and Canopy for their homes.

The event was a strong opportunity to raise awareness, answer questions and meet people face to face as we continue working to connect as many Clevelanders as possible to the high-speed internet experience they deserve.
